Q-Do you allow local pickup?

A-No, we do not have an actual store front therefore cannot offer local pick up.  

Q-When will my product ship?

A-Retail Orders - Products ship within 2 business days.

Q-When will I receive a tracking number?

A-Please allow 2 full business days to inquire, preferably the beginning of the 3rd business day.  

Q-How will I receive my tracking number?

A-All tracking numbers are provided in your account. You will receive an email notification once it is available. Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates.   

Q-What method of Shipping do you use?

A-Shipping is via Ground at our discretion.  

Q-Will you ship to an unconfirmed address?

A-No, in order to insure we must follow the payment security guidelines and ship only to confirmed addresses. This includes international addresses.
